I have upgraded my contract with mtn it was for a blackberry q10 the phone went faulty over a week or so now I gave it in at mtn they tell me there's a sim card damage but they gave me a sim micro to use which the mtn consultant put in my phone and since then I never changed sims.the phone went off while the sim was on so hw can it be physical damage the phone is stil under 6months gurantee and mtn have declined that they fix the phone for me. They said they wil escalate to thei surpervisor since then no one as contacted me I'm so disgusted by mtn!!!
