Cell C and Blackberry

Hi i upgraded my Cell C contract for my wife earlier in the year and we gor her a Blackerry phone. The phone worked for a month or so and after that the BIS services no longer worked, this includes BBM, internet, blackberry app world that did not work. I took the phone to Cell C and they could not fix the problem on the phone and advised me to go to Blackberry Buddies in Canal Walk. Blackberry Buddies then referred me back to Cell C so no you can imagine my frustration. I went back to Cell C and the phoned was finally booked in for repairs and a month later i get the phone back. My wife installs new blackberrry Id and then the phone continues not to function properly, no bbm or internet. I then take the phone back to cell c and guess what they refer me to blackberry buddies in Canal Walk. This whole process has been unpleasant and frustrating because i'm paying for a service i am not receiving. I still get billed every month for a Bis that doesnt work.
