I'm without internet services as well as a phone

I went to get an MTN contract from the Gateway upstairs branch. I bought one that gave me a Sony Xperia Go and I requested it in black. I was told that it took 3 days to order the phone as it was out of stock, and also to get the contact approved, which was fine. I showed up 3 days later to find the phone was in the wrong colour - white- which I don't want because it'll be dirty within a week. 2. They had activated my contract which rendered my current phone: a Blackberry, completely useless. It's now a new week I can't use my Blackberry's internet service AND they still haven't ordered my phone. This is extremely unacceptable and I've received no call from the Umhlanga branch either. I had to phone the MTN switchboard to get a response from them. This is utterly shocking service and I'm furious that my contract was activated without any notification whatsoever.
