I have been a vodacom subsriber for the past 10 years and the service has been satisfactory but now i have just reached by wits end, for the past couple of months there has been a network problem that i have failed to understand, my phone will lose network on and off for hours on end and lately my modem has been giving me the same problems, I am considering porting to the competitor as i have never heard of such problems with them. It is only just professional to let customers know if Vodacom can no longer handle the number of people it services, but I am really!!!
