We've been having endless network problems in the general eMalahleni / Witbank area for the past 2 years already. The major problem being with Data connectivity, our devices (iPhone 4, 4s, 5, K4605 Modem, Nokia N8, etc.) would indicate a 3G / HSUPA reception, but when trying to use this connection is pointless, it just does nothing! This has been reported on numerous occasions, by many different people via the Call Centre & online. Technicians have come to my house to test, and experienced exactly the same thing, but still the problem has not been resolved! Why is it Vodacom keeps introducing new technology (3G & LTE), but towns outside the major cities gets left behind? How can you upgrade certain areas if others don't even have the basics yet? WITH TEARS IN MY EYES I ASK VODACOM TO PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM, IT HURTS ME TO PAY FOR A SERVICE ADVERTISED & SOLD TO ME, BUT NOT RECEIVING IT! Isn't this against some law??
