For the last 2 months, but especially the past 3 weeks we have been having network issues with the vodacom network, both cellphones and 3G internet service. This directly equates to loss of income, loss of time and mountains of frustration. The issue was reported to vodacom 3 weeks ago, where-upon they said they were working on the issue. For the past 48 hours we have been unable to make, recieve calls to and from any vodacom number, The internet signal might (for 3-5 minute periods) give us a GPRS signal - we cannot function on this. Both my contracts, as well as the rest of my family's contracts with vodacom expires withing the next couple of months - is it possible to terminate these contracts early based on no service delivery?
