We've logged faults with Vodacom but this still does not fix our problem. When you dial out or receive calls the line just goes dead after about 1 minute.. apparently network problems... but this has been going on since last year and we're trying to run a business. A lot of people said to have the same problems but as they put it " why moan if you can;t do anything about it". Why is it that if you don't pay your account your line gets cut but if the service provider does not provide proper service nothing is done... We are making twice the amount of phone calls as most calls we get cut off or some times just do not get through to people.
Shame on you vodacom... one of the consultants actually admitted that you've got network problems but that's all we get???
