Is this how you treat your customers?

I called the vodacom customer care number requiring assist regarding my network. I got put through the blackberry assistance where I spoke to a lady by the name of Sani. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my dealings with vodacom. She was rude, not paying attention and down right unprofessional. I mean a simple example: She suggests I use another phone to call and check it see if they are experiencing network problems. And if I was using a different sim card to then, will they be experiencing network problems.

I'm changing to another network period. Vodacom thank you for the service for the past 10 years. Sani can keep her attitude
