I'm on the phone regularly with MTN's technical department, as well as their coverage department so that they can reset my 3G sim or some or other ports, and yet, despite the fact that I haven't reached my 3GB fast speed cap, and despite the fact that I have excellent WMCDA signal, I have ZERO data transmission - .00kbps uploads and .00kbps downloads. This has been ongoing for many weeks now and no one seems to be able to resolve the problem. I've had nothing but regret about moving from Vodacom (where I had absolutely no problems) to MTN.
This is ridiculous and extremely frustrating.
