I've recently upgraded my phone. A brand new phone arrived, but I can't use it as the micro sim that was promised was not received. A whole week of frustration and telephone calls later, no service, I still don't know what is going on. The upgrade department telephone number is not working!!! The call centre knows nothing after I did report it twice already. Should I just use the phone as an ornament now. You get passed from the one person to the next. What a joke!!!
