After purchasing an upgrade data bundle for a Wi-Fi router, and waiting 2 hours in-store to confirm that the upgrade was in place, I was still charged on the previous bundle for another 24 days resulting in astronomic out-of-bundle rates. I have tried twice to call Customer Complaints, and have spent more than 15 minutes on the call each time, with no results or a way forward! This is the most frustrating experience! This is my first and definitely LAST upgrade with MTN! Have been with Vodacom for my cell phone for 17 years with never a problem!!!
