I upgraded last week and requested the consultant to send me a micro sim as the new phone I was getting was not able to take my old sim card. When the upgrade arrived there was no sim send that I asked for. I then contacted the upgrade department to inform them that I did not receive the sim card and they then transferred me to Vuyo who then assisted me, he informed me that I can go to a vodacom store to get the new sim and he will arrange for the fee to be credited to my account. I then forwarded the proof of payment to him as he requested and up till today I've heard nothing from him. i contacted your call centre today and the upgrade department and nobody could assist me!!! I want my account to be credited as promised...
