My issue electricity prepared meter has been blocked on 20August 2023 so i cannot purchase electricity for my household
I went to to Durban electricty initial the block card was the house in Hilcrest which I do not know then I phoned the customker centre i explain to them then they blocked the caerd just for 5minutes later they called me again saying that they have blocked my card because I am arrears with rates I must make arrangement
When I went there the amount is too high because of the house plan which is still in the process
I am not working not receiving much income as I am vendor I just sell sweets which is every one do
My big issue again my rates is been put under commercial by Sbusisiwe Shabalala who knows that Nandipha her predeccessor was dealing with house plan which was not successfull as she dissapperar with my money I paid her without get the plan submitted
My house current rate is R11244.58 imagine how the municipality officials can do I stay in the normal place Chesterville the house is not commercial ward 24 unemployed
Please remove my house from commercial to normal house
Unblocked my prepared electricity card
