I have booked in my cellphone bb9320 on the 02/7 for repairs to the speaker the phone came back on the 28/7 speaker repaired but the face cracked immediately I spoke to the consultant advising her of the damage and told her clearly I will not accept this phone with the face changed I want a new handset and she adv me that @ cellc they do not change the face... I have made numerous calls and went there on many occasions and 6 weeks later I still have no feedback regarding this. Cell c refers me to their workshop who tells me they have changed the face and there's nothing they can do I want to speak to someone who knows what to do cause everyone seems to not know what to do... I went to the store on the 20/8 and was adv the phone is still not at the store so I requested to speak to the manager only to be told he was busy and would call me up until today when I called the phone was there from the 20/8 and the manager still hasn't called me back... I need answers urgently as I sit without a cellphone that I am paying for...
