Upgraded contract but have still not received new

On 25th October I went into the Vodashop store at Murchison mall to upgrade my contract. All the details were completed and I asked for the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini. I took the phone and went home and realised that it was not reading the microsim. The phone was returned to the store within 7 days. After 7 days I was told that I need to wait another 7 days. Now it is over 3 weeks later and I have still not received my phone. What is the point of upgrading my contract if I still do not have my new phone. And the other issue is that no one has even called me to let me know what the progress is. I had to call today and was told my another lady that she will have to check and let me know. This is extremely poor service.
