Shocking Service

I have had a Vodacom contract for many years until recently due to the shocking experience that I had with both the Vodacom shop at Eastrand Mall and the vodacare shope at Eastgate office Towers. I upgraded my contract but was not happy with the phone so I called vodacom and they advised me to return the phone to the store where the upgrade was done within 7 days. The store refused to take the phone back as it was against their policy and rather sent the phone in for an OBF. The OBF was approved and I had to wait 5 days and another 3 days to reverse the upgrade. In the interim with all the delays I was charged a ridiculous amount on my previous contract. I followed this up with the store on 29 JAN 13 and to this day it has not been sorted out. I went to the customer care shop and the lady was kind enough to assist with the matter and advised I was billed incorrectly because the consultant (Elzette) did my migration incorrectly. I was also advise that I would get a refund in 2 weeks but Im still waiting!!! The most upsetting thing is that Elzette and the store manager Brian did not assist and I was told that they cant assist me any further as they did me a favour.
