Upgrade of phone contract

I upgraded my contract from 125 to a 100 top up. I had to pay a R150.00 Admin Fee and the monthly payment went up from R125.00 to R229.00. The phone I received was a Samsung SIII Mini. While trying to put my E-mail in the phone while still in the store the phone rebooted for no reason. The consultant said that I must have pushed the off button, however the phone did not go off only rebooted. When I got home the phone kept on doing this. I watched it do it 5 times while it was lying on a table with no person touching it. I returned it at 09H00 the next morning less than 24 hrs after I received it. I was informed by a consultant that the phone would be sent away as it was an out of a box fault and I would have to wait 7 days. This is not true. the phone was defective in the store when I received it, the consultant then humiliated me in front of other customers saying that it might have been dropped. I would have taken a new phone right there and then, but now I want no part of Cell c and their services. I have sent two E-mails and made three Call Center calls with no result. The call center is a joke as is the company.
