Vodashop Westwood bad service, & incompetence

Received SMS from Vodacom that my BIS would expire soon. Queried SMS with Vodashop Westwood mall was told I should ignore SMS. My BIS was cut and I had to pay R60 to have it reconnected, Vodashop refused to compensate for incorrectly advising me.
I upgraded my phone with Vodashop Westwood mall, my previous phone was a BB 8320 with a battery life of approx 2 to 3 days, my new phone was a BB 9320, the battery only lasts about 5 to 6 hours which is no good, I cannot have a phone that does not last at least a full day, I was never advised of this.
I returned the phone within 7 days and was told my only option was for them to send the phone for repair a week later the phone was replaced and the new phone did the same again I returned it within 7 days and again they want to give me replacement BB 9320 which is no good for me.
I asked if I could change phones but Vodashop say that I am locked into the contract my only option is to pay in a cash difference between the value of the BB and any other phone at the full non contract rate which is a rip off, if I cancell the contract I have to pay 75% of the value of the contract they refuse to assit me further and I am sitting without a phon
