Sorry Madam we can not help you

I upgraded my vodacom contract at ilanga mall Game on saturday 2 March 2013. I took a Blackberry as prviously. Upon charging the phone it kept on rebooting itself several times. during calls it would go off completly. When i upgraded the lady told me i had the option to return the phone within 7 days if i am not happy - I AM NOT HAPPY! I returned to the store and explained to the department supervisor that i wish to exchange the phone for something els as this phone does not work. Then she told me they dont have stock of the same balckberry - after i said i want something els. She then said that a reversal must be done and that would take 2 to 3 days and then i need to do the upgrade again with a different phone. But i could only do this the next day because the lady that helped me with the upgrade is not in today. She placed the phone in the box with the invoice and told me "it ok mam, you come back tomorrow" taking my phone. I asked her to give me some kind op proof that i returned the phone if she wanted to keep it. she phone customer service and asked them what to do because she cant help me. I just took my phone and left. How do they get the job if they cant help the custome
