My cousin got a phone call from one of your telemarketers selling her a deal for a samsung galaxy. He told her that she will pay R260 per month. My cousin then agreed to the deal and she was told that the phone was gonna be delivered. Upon delivery, we were so surprised to see that the phone was actually that galaxy pocket. For that price we were expecting it to be a proper galaxy but no, the sales person did not specify what cellphone it was coz if he did, my cousin would have never accepted the deal. and when she called cell c to explain and asked to return the phone, they said they cant take it back. She doesn't want to cancel the contract but to get rid of that student phone and get a galaxy thats worth R260 per month, even if she will be asked to top up the installment, she will gladly do so. We are so disappointed at the sales person for wanting to make a sale out of dishornesty. Please look up on this issue, take back that useless cellphone and give my cousin a deal that is value for money.
