Miss sold contract and poor service

I have been on the phone with Cell C being pushed back and fourth from call center agent to call center agent, I've even sent them an email but they don't seem to assist me efficiently!!!

Cell C direct called me over the phone and sold me a contract, the guy on the phone said i would pay R100pm for two galaxy pocket plus phones - which i was happy with, the problem is i specially requested that my current Cell C prepaid number be upgraded to the new contract.

The sales rep never mentioned to me that i would get two contracts - one topup and one open line so i assumed it was just one line only to find out - i now have 3 sim cards, with 3 different numbers!!! - this is not what i want - i just want one contract and to keep my existing number.

I am not even complaining that the guy miss sold this deal to me because he should have clearly told me it comes with two different contracts - he merely said i will get two pocket plus Samsung galaxy phones and 50 free minutes a month for a R100pm.

I even asked them to call me back in the email and mentioned to the call center agent to just get the right person who can help me to call me back, they refuse and keep forwarding me!!!
