I went to 8ta Westgate Branch, I was looking at the new Blackberry which the lady then said she did not have any stock off the only stock they had was the Samsung Galaxy S4. She then proceeded to tell me with this deal is R388 I get free minutes to phone plus 150 megs a month, great sales pitch I thought brilliant. I got all the documentation and my contract was approved. This is my first cellphone contract so honestly I was really really excited. When I went to pick up the phone and signed for it I then asked her about the free minutes and that then she told me I dont get that I only get 150mb per month. I asked her but how do I make a call on this and how does it work. SHE THEN TOLD ME THIS IS YOUR BABY NOW YOU FIGURE IT OUT! how is that for being professional? it is now the 2nd of the month and I can't use my phone at all how is this for sales of 8ta it is now your baby have you ever in your life? 8ta customer service wants to tell me I used 65 megs on sunday night at 10.30 to 11.30 i sleep at this time and check your records I only get megs 1 July! Please sort this out or I am going to NCR!!! This is not my baby this is your problem with sales people lying to me!
