After we swapped companies, I had to phone MTN each month to make arrangements to take their payments on a new date. Which never happened! Messed up my credit record with the bank. Eventaully after struggling for three months, had the debit order cancelled and made arrangements to pay manually via internet banking. Finally only had one more payment left and a week before payday my account has been suspended. Called to find out what is happening, and they can't help until the last payment is done. Why the did I spend so much time on the phone with them making arrangements to get this paid off, after they kept messing up the debit order? Thanks for ruining my credit record MTN! And now just adding some extra discomfort. Will be looking for a new service provider soon if this is how you treat your loyal customers.
