Bad customer experience

I have applied for a Cellphone Sony Xperia Z On the 6/11/2013 help by a sales consultant name Clement here in MTN Midrand Boulders Mall, i got an electronic sms saying my application was approved and a shop dealer will give me a call the very same day, on the 8/11/2013 i got a call from the sales consultant saying my aplication was approved i should come and collect the phone, i went on the 9/11/2013 went i got there he didnt have the xperia Z in black colour but white i asked to see the phone he refused only showed me the box. i then decided to leave and wait for the black phone as i believe they were out of stock. I have been going to the shop for several time just to check if the phone hasnt arrived and there is still nothing, there is no communication what so ever from the MTN shop to update me of ther progress of the phone or to offer other phone which are in the same range as the Experia Z. i am highly dissapointed as it is the 19/11/2013 and i am still waiting for a phone and there isnt any major steps taken to offer a better service to me as a valuable client.
