I bought a Cellular phone on 15 September 2013 and I was unable to use it was faulty 1 button was freezing. I took it back on 16 September 2013 and asked for a new phone but Vikesh Ramlakan (Sales Manager) refused to get me a new phone, he fiddled with the phone and told me that the phone was fine. I proved to two staff members that the phone was faulty and they agreed with me. I asked him to get me what I paid for because I know that the phone was still under warranty but he refused until I decided to leave the phone over the counter. as I was exiting the shop he called the security to stop me and give me the faulty phone. the security took the phone and tried to stop me but I never looked back, I went out and left my money and the phone at the shop. I am very sad and I am a customer in that shop even the computer I'm using to write this report I bought it from the same shop.
