Ordered a new phone (Blackberry Z10) on Wednesday 11 Dec 2013, received a call later the same day, Application was processed, I passed the vetting process all good, (yay at least I thought) Received another call on Thursday 12 Dec 2013, consultant asks me where I would like delivery, I say work and give her the address, I ask when can I expect delivery and I am told that there is stock so delivery will take place on Friday the 13th, all good great, So here I am and no delivery, I call up sales, oh sorry they don't have stock. Vodacom I have been a client of yours for quite a few years now, What are you doing? Why is there so much miscommunication in your company? I now would like to know when can I expect delivery, I am very disappointed in your service
