Breach of Contact and Poor Service

On the 7th of February we received a new laptop as ordered out of the Vodacom deals booklet. The deal included 2 gig per/month and a router. Upon collecting the laptop we were informed that the router we ordered was not in stock and that we must take a 3G stick instead. When enquiring about why and when the router will be available we were told by the exceptionally rude sales lady that we must "take it or leave it". Further more after setting up the laptop and about 40 minutes of light browsing we checked the data balance only to find that it was 1.3 gig of 2 gig. It is absolutely impossible that this amount of data could have been used. We chose Vodacom based on service. We feel ripped of and totally undervalued as customers.
