No delivery of Laptop from Online Orde

On 13 August 2013 I placed an Online Order for a Data Bundle with a laptop. (HP 630 i3 Grey on MyGig 1 Standard Contract) as they promise 'Next Day Delivery' if you order before noon. I made use of this service instead of going to a Vodacom outlet 1. because I was in a hurry to get a home laptop and 2. to avoid any out of stocks at an outlet.
When placing my order online, I specifically selected this laptop option as it did not have an "out of stock" message.
The following day, on 14 August 2013 I received only the modem / USB connector but NO LAPTOP.

On the 17th Aug, I phoned the sales dept (082 1950), and the call centre agent told me he will follow up and let me know... I received NO feedback. I phoned again on 21 August - same story, he will follow up and let me know BUT that it should take between 3-5 working days to receive my laptop.
Still no feedback or laptop. So I phoned AGAIN on 28 August, talking to a different agent every time. Once again I was told that they will follow up and let me know. It has now been 16 days already and still NO LAPTOP! (Very annoyed!)
So much for "next day delivery. It's just an empty promise! Please don't over promise and under deliver.
