I just renewed my contract on November of last year for number 0836524133. I took myself a new Blackberry Bold 9900 since the of set the unit was giving issues whereby when I don't put on my bluetooth the phone just shut down. the phone fell out of my hand and chipped one the one corner of the LCD and the LCD is still working okay actually the whole phone is working okay. All I want is for the supplier to rectify the issue at hand.
But I got a reply that if there is physical damage the warranty is void, but that physical damage has nothing to do with the units software that is not working correctly They quoted me an amount of R2 200 which I am not willing to pay. I would appreciate it if they can just fix the issue I have with the phone software and return my phone to me as is, because that is what the warranty should cover and stop with the snotty emails. It has been 4 weeks and still I am without a phone
