No 8ta Signal for 3 weeks

I have had the 8ta 10GB 10GB promo now for over 2 years, and happily upgraded in the middle of the year as this was still the best package on the market. I live in Equestria, Pretoria East, and have had no problems with signal at all. I always had at least 3-4 bars on my Wifi Phone and had great internet speeds.

From the middle of October 2013, everything has gone to it seems. I constantly get "No Signal" or 1 bar, which disappears every 2 minutes anyway. So i either have no connection to the internet at all, or a connection which cannot even properly display my Gmail account.

I logged a query with the callcentre (2 days ago), and a technician is yet to call me to come out to check the signal. He does not have to check the signal, i (and some others on this site), are telling you that there is no signal and they must fix it. He can go to 100 homes to test, but if nobody is doing anything about it, what is the use?

You advertise that you have the best voice and LTE network in the country, but you have completely f*cked up the existing 3G signal.

How many months must i pay for internet that does not work?

Just get off your and do something for once!
