Referring to our previous complaint, a ref.number was given to us by Telkom. The two persons that we eventually got into contact with, reported that the line will not be moved because it is the financial year and whether there are enough clients to warrant the transfer of our landlines. It was suggested that if not the case above, we must get by without Telkom`s services. We still have no report back. This has to be the worst service provider in Southern Africa.
