I HAVE CONTACTED TELKOM TO HAVE MY LINE AND ADSL LINE TRANSFERRED TO MY NEW PREMISES, I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER 3 WEEKS AGO AND DID NOT RECEIVE FEEDBACK, UPON CONTACTING TELKOM I WAS THEN ADVISED THAT THE AREA HAS NO INFRASCTRUCTURE FOR AND IT HAS NOT BEEN BUDGETED FOR TELKOM TO FIT IN NEW CABLES IN THE AREA FOR THIS FINANCIAL YEAR, I CALLED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND EACH TIME I HAVE BEEN ADVISED THE SAME AND BUDGET FOR THIS FINANCIAL YEAR HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND I HAVE TO, SO ANOTHER WORDS THE NEXY FINANCIAL YEAR IS NEXT YEAR APRIL SO I GOT TO WAIT ONE YEAR FOR MY TELKOM LINE TO BE TRANSFERRED, BEING A TELKOM CUSTOMER I THINK THAT IS PATHETHIC
