I needed my existing wai wai telkom line moved from my current house to the house I purchased. Telkom and The Telkom Installer were both aware that I had not taken occupation of the premises and no one living there. Line moved to 24 Meyboom Ave, Plattekloof from 26 Akker st

When transfer took place recently, I moved in. I plugged my phone in and it gave an error on the service. My wife has just been to your office at Canal Walk whom tell her it's our problem... It's not our problem. The installer knew that there was no one in the house... He could see it was empty and I told him when he phoned me to ask if someone was there.(Andre 0813659587) I need my wia wia line reinstated as it was Telkom's incompetency and the line at the premises that we sold (26 Akker st) was still active till we moved.

I need Telkom to sort this out today and reinstate my Wia Wia services immediately... I don't want the pay as u go. I want my Wia Wia back... That's the reason why Telkom was suppose to transfer it and tell my the procedure... Telkom just told me that Wia Wia has been transferred... That was it

I need this sorted today or I will take matters further
