COMPLAINT - still being charged for over a year!!!

We moved business premises over a year ago and cancelled both our Telkom landlines there the day we moved.

They only cancelled one of the landlines but we have still been paying for the landline nr 021 556 0356 for over a year now! I have called the call centre numerous times after nothing happening. On the 9th April i called again and the call centre then informed that i must fax/email a cancellation letter through again (which i had done a year ago already for both the lines). However, i emailed a cancellation letter AGAIN.

Today, 15 April 2013 we recieved our Telkom bill and the nr 021 556 0356 still appears!!!

We need to be refunded for all these months we have been paying for a line which we cancelled and have not been used and this number needs tpo get taken off!!!
