Charged more than supposed to

Virgin mobile have billed me more than they've supposed to since October 2013. In September 2013 I've renew my contract. I've been told that there's no renewal fee because my renewal date was in October 2013 and that my 1st payment for the new contracts are due on 1st October 2013 and I will only pay on the 15th of October but I will pay one month in advance. So I've renew my contracts. 14 September 2013 you've billed me R398 and 4 October 2013 you credit me R200, which was correct. 15 October you've billed me R398 and told me I was supposed to pay a renewal fee and that my account will be correct the next month. 15 November 2013 you billed me R600 and again I was now told that this account will be correct in December. If my calculations are correct. No renewal fee, Oct Nov = R240 x 2 = R480, Advance deducted in November for December R240 = R720. And in total you debit R998 from my account since October. Where is the R278. I am not supposed to pay any renewal fee as I was told by one of your agents. I am a customer since 2009 and will not recommend you to anyone.
