So after my 2 year contract expired I canceled my account with Virgin Mobile on the 28th of June 2013. On the 28th of July my number was released and so I started on pre-paid. I was told my last payment would be 1 September and so money did go off 1 September.
The day after my number became pre-paid I swopped to Cell-C thus they took over my number.
7 September I went onto the store by Canal Walk and asked them are they sure now everything is settled and I would not be billed from Virgin Mobile again and they said yes.
Then in my mail a week ago I got an invoice for R200.34 on my account that I DO NOT HAVE, so I called Virgin Mobile and they said they would sort it out.
And guess what, R200.34 went off my account yesterday 1 October 2013!!
Very unhappy!!
