I signed up for a R149 Top Up package 4 years ago with Virgin mobile, at the end of the current contract term being 31 October 2013, I had given the correct notice as per contract during the month of September that I was not going to renew my contract and that they must put my phone number to prepaid at the end of October which they did. Now on 1 December 2013, they debit my account with R25724. I cannot get through to their call centre to query, they dont have any branches in Stellenbosch so I will have to drive to a branch in Cape Town just to speak to someone at this company. If anyone at Virgin gets this message, get someone to contact me as a matter of urgency.
