What the heck are you doing?

Long story short, upgraded my phone in August. Was billed a renewal fee of R87.27 in September. Last month, was billed another renewal fee on the 12/09 R100.00. CANCELLED MY BIS SERVICE IN AUGUST but was billed for BIS in September and October. Don't even know why I am being billed for renewal as it was done online and not in a store. Paid my September invoice of R1068. thinking that all charges and my very small early upgrade fee would be covered, to be hit with a bill of R970 this month when my bill should in fact only be R540 odd. Read some nonsense about being billed for the new contract amount which is CRAZY as this was never told to me when taking out the contract. Even so and If I do the math, my bill should then only be about R600. I want the BIS charges for Sept and October reversed as well as the duplicated renewal fees removed. My billing is a complete mess and I cannot make head or tails of what is going on. This is highly unethical. I would like an email explanation detailing exactly what charges were billed and removed from my account. I will not be available telephonically during the next few days and request a detailed email. Eagerly awaiting your lame excuses
