I've been having issues with my telkom line as it has been slow for the past 2 weeks and the line has been off since sunday.
I have had multiple discussion with the call centre and I have a detailed log of all the things that have happened since 17 November 2013 till today
I have been tolled a multitude of different reasons why my line is slow or down with half of the reasons contradicting each other.
I don't know what too do and I am tired of hearing one excuse after the other.
