Shocking service from MTN having been a client for almost 20 years. 10 month old iPhone has speaker problem. 21 Days is general service time - unbelievable length of time - how do you manage without the phone? No support during that time for phone. So I hand in my phone make other plans for a back up and get my phone back almost 3 weeks later and it's still got the same problem. Answer from MTN send it in again - another 21 days!!! No support no loan phone no apology for lack of service. Branch will not not / cannot support. Phoned call centre - no support there either - basically - i must phone technical centre or i must travel to midrand where maybe service could be quicker. But why is this my problem - where is customer service? I have never missed a payment and have remained loyal for almost 20 years in return zero support or service. Will never recommend MTN and advise all the people I know not to
