Once again I just want to congratulate Hetzner for their amazing support. This is not the first time I am blown away by their support... in fact it is probably the tenth time, so I can say that this is consistently over many years that I have used them as a host that I have always received the best possible support.
I recall a previous support ticket that I logged and within 5 minutes they did not only answer my question but also fixed the problem. Today the same thing happened - I asked a question and I expected to fix it my self based on their answer but instead they fixed it for me. It's just something small but it shows they go the extra mile to give us great support. Thanks Hetzner and always keep it up!
