Bought a Laserjet Pro CP1525 on 08-02-2013. Worked perfectly for the first month then the problems started. I was able to live with this for a while until it got out of hand and could not function any longer. Contacted technical support today and was told that this is my problem and that I must get the printer to their service centre wait 7 - 10 days to have repaired. When I experienced the same problem with my Lexmark 3 years ago I had a new printer delivered to my door and the unworkable unit taken away. HP needs to send their technical support team to Lexmark for a lot of training in customer support. Disgusting - no replacement printer for the 10 day period, I am trying to run a business!!
