After receiving my new galaxy S4, There was a major problem with the phone. As it was with in the first seven days i took the phone back to the Vodoacom shop, as I use my phone for business I needed a loan phone. They didn't have a loan phone so I had to come back the next day, where they gave my a phone that didn't even take a micro sim card, and seeing that I use my phone for business I needed e-mail and a bunch of other features that the didn't support . the consultant made a make shift plan with the sim card that didn't last an hour. I feel that the after sales service was absolutely terrible! It's been three days after the phone was handed in and it is still not done. I can't state this enough, the after sales support is awful!!
