I have been tying to get support form Nashua Mobile for the past month. I applied for an internet data bundle, which took three weeks to activate.
During that time I had to phone them constantly to eventually find out that there was a problem between them and Cell C. I don't understand why this information took several calls to relay to me.
I asked them to inform me when it was sorted out. No one ever got back to me. A few days later I tested the connection myself, and it had finally been activated.
I then had internet for about a week, after which it suddenly cut out, telling me that my data cap had been reached. I was supposed to get 5Gigs peak and another 15Gigs off-peak data. Again I had to call several times before someone was able to tell me what the problem was. I had only been given a fraction of the data, since the month was almost over. This was not communicated to me, and again I had to talk to several people to find this out.
Worst of all, I just found out they charge me for the support phone calls. I have spent hundreds of rands this months talking to inept support people, and my problem has still not been sorted out.
