On Saturday, 16 Nov around 16h00 I tried to reach MWEB to seek assistance with my ADSL connection... Initially I spoke to Telkom whom pointed out there is no fault on the line.
I tried 3 times to reach MWEB via 087 700 0777, and each time held on for 10 minutes and could not reach a support person. My connection is intermittent and keeps on dropping while trying to configure a remote server. I eventually drove to the office where I could complete the configuration of the remote server.
Thanks MWEB, if this continues I'm moving over to Telkom.
