I have logged a complaint before and will keep on logging complaints till the problem is solved and my contract is canceled! I have been having problems with MTN for about the last 6 - 9 months... i have a Sh@reLink router and i have been having problems with it basically since i got the device!
I have gone into the MTN in the Waterfront about 5/6 times and today only have i met the data support guy. every time i have walked into the shop they just referred me to the mobile date support. i have sat on calls for hours and have not resolved the issue i have Hellopeter MTN before and about 2 days after i received a call, i was on the call for about 25 min. the next evening i was on a call for about 30 min and the day after i was on a call of about 32 min. The problem is still not resolved.
I am over going into the stores and pushing my phone bills to the max to try and sort the problem out.
today they said i should phone network support, i did and they said that there is no problem with the signal.
I AM OVER MTN AND I DONT WANT TO BE WITH THEM ANYMORE!
They do not live up to the product and support that they promise.
Can someone with a higher ranking in MTN call me please!
