When a company cannot get a simple client request right i would hate to know what would happen when there is a serious issue that needs to be resolved!!
All i need is a statement for the month of Oct 2013 to be sent to me! 2 emails and 4 calls into the contact centre later and i still wait!!! Never mind that they charge R21 for this request!!! Worse service i have had to date this year!! And using the MTN active site is no better!
