Incorrect surname displaying on Statement

I have been contacting MFC since 24 May 2013 to get an up to date statement on my account. I have not received a statement since August 2012 - which I had to request. I also updated my surname to Meyer on 20 August 2012 and received confirmation that it was done. Unfortunately when they sent me a statement after yet another request, it is still not reflecting my surname as Meyer. Today Fefe at the call centre told me that it cannot be done because a third party does that. This is unacceptable especially as having my correct details are part of the FICA requirements. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they are all in meetings but that an Elaine would call me back within about 20 minutes. I'm still waiting.

I have sent several mails to [Email Removed] with no luck. I've made several calls to the call centre and I am now really frustrated with the lack of service.

I would appreciate it if a correct statement could be sent to me without further delay.
