After discussion with discovery this issue is still not resolved, discovery managed to get their own clients name wrong... so they emailed the account statement to a fictional address... so far they managed to update my status as paid... but im still listed for the next 2 years for R411... If the one request that I made e.g email me the statement so I can pay the outstanding amount was actually attended to successfuly this would never have been a problem. But apparently a task as simple as sending a email is too much to ask... not to speak about following up and checking if the client actually did receive the statement... its called client service for a reason.
