Lack of feedback urgency

My policy was incepted in December 2013. I called to find out whether debits had already begun as the company (360 plus) requires 4 debit orders to be taken before the policy is active. My request was simple, That debits be taken every month on the 25th starting from January 2014, and that February, I request that a double debit be taken in order to cover the 4 necessary debits as soon as possible. The reason is, my car will need a service before 4 debits can be taken on a monthly basis. I logged these requests on 2014/01/15, but still to this day, even after 2 follow-up calls no-one is able to help me. My concern is, what is gonna happen to ME/MY CAR should this company debit late?? The issue is not me not being able to pay, the problem is getting the policy active, NOW!!! Even if there are internal problems, customers should be told about this, and one last thing, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY POLICY DOCUMENTS!!!
